RUT240 Failback Mobile Connection

I am testing a configure for multi wan MOBILE (priority) WIRED WAN (Priority 2)

This works ok, with MOBILE (Online) and WIRED (Standby)
If I disable the SIM CARD (at the SIM provider cloud level), it fails the primary connection over to the WIRED ok.

When I enable the SIM CARD, MOBILE remains “Disconected” - even if I go into the status page and click restart connection. The SIM provider portal shows SIM not in session. If I reboot - then both connections come back up as expected.

Any suggestions?
