RUT240 Device Unreachable First Log In

I am trying to set up my RUT240 Router for the first time and I keep getting this notification.

I initially thought it was a problem with my sim so I checked with the sim provider and that doesn’t seem to be an issue. Then I thought maybe a security issue with my work laptop but it also doesn’t work on my private laptop. And none of the tips or tricks in the QSG or in this forum are working. Could you assist?


Please ensure that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to both your PC and the router. Also, there is a chance that a static IP should be set on your PC so you can reach the router.

I recommend following the Quick Start Guide described on our wiki page and see if the issue persists.
