RUT240 cannot update modem

Hi,

I am trying to update the EC25EC modem in an RUT240 (RUT2_R_00.07.06.10). Current modem firmware version is EC25ECGAR06A04M1G_01.004.01.004. The modem_updater script fails to establish an sshfs connection to modemfota.teltonika-networks.com (timeout). My RUT240 has Internet from other (nor cellular) source, so this is not the problem. It seems that the server modemfota.teltonika-networks.com is not responding.

Could you please share the latest modem firmware file so that I can flash it locally?

Have you tried checking or updating your modem’s firmware using the WebUI? Could you share some screenshots of how you’re attempting to upgrade the modem, and where the connection issue occurs? This will help us better understand the situation.
