just a note about the rutos 7.x
FW version RUT2_R_00.07.0X contains many major updates, some of which made certain functionalities of RUT240 no longer available to utilize.
For RUT240 devices with MeigLink SLM750 module are only supported on firmware version use this url RUT240 Firmware Downloads (legacy WebUI) - Teltonika Networks Wiki .

Yes, I see simultaneously blinking Signal level and ETH port green lights, and able to access 192.168.1.1/index.html for firmware flashing.

RUT240 not booting normal at all - meaning “bricked”
all green LED steady green, when power on.
I see only option to flash with Bootloader.** FW using direct link: http://192.168.1.1
