Regarding the issue you are experiencing, I recommend trying the following recovery options:

- Bootloader Menu: This is a recovery tool used if the router becomes inaccessible even after a factory reset. Instructions can be found here: Bootloader Menu.
Regarding your firmware, it appears to be an older Legacy version. It is always recommended to keep your firmware up to date.
To update:
- First, upgrade your device from 01.11.3 Legacy firmware to the latest available 1.14.7 Legacy firmware. You can download it here: Legacy Firmware Downloads.
- After updating to the latest Legacy firmware, you can attempt to upgrade to the latest RutOS 7.6.16 firmware. Please note that older hardware versions of the RUT240 may not support RutOS. The latest firmware can be downloaded here: RutOS Firmware Downloads.
