I am from Franke coffee machines in Switzerland. We order many modems with the version RUT240 D*** from you. Now a large customer of ours has ordered RUT240 himself and we wanted to upload it with our configuration. But then we found out that our customer has a different version RUT240 6***. Can you make us a back up with the configuration from us (Franke) which then fits on the other modem RUT240 6***?
I forgot to mention that I have a back up of aRUT240D***. Could this possibly help to load the back up on the RUT2406***?
