Hey, recently i purchased a RUT200, and today i explored its possibilities when i noticed that i need to update the internal modem. I started the update but its already been an hour and the webUI keeps on showing the “Internal modem firmware update is in progress” message. Furthermore, the 2g\3g\4g LEDs keep flashing this whole time.
Did anyone encounter this problem or know how to help? I can provide the logs if it would help.

What device FW version?
Maybe try refresh WebUI and check if message is still shown.
In Status->Network->Mobile page does modem is recognized, shows some values or everything is N/A?

Could you please make sure you have the latest RutOS firmware version 7.13.1 installed on your RUT200? You can download it here: RUT200 Firmware Downloads.
Additionally, could you let me know your current internal modem firmware version? You can find this in System → Firmware → Update Firmware.

The FW is RUT2M_R_00.07.13.1, i tried refreshing but it still showed up.
About the modem section, its not recognized and shows that its N/A.
Could you please try rebooting the device and let me know if the modem firmware is displayed after that?
