I am having an issue with my Teltonika RUT200 router in the RMS system. The router is shown as “Offline” in the RMS panel, and the “Management service” field displays “Not active”.
When I try to enable the “Service” option in RMS (to get remote access to the router), I receive a “Server error” message and cannot activate this service.
The router is physically online and working – I can access devices in the same LAN via a VPN connection set up independently from RMS (e.g., Home Assistant).
I have already tried restarting the device and refreshing the settings in RMS, but the problem persists.
I have available packs and credits in RMS, so it’s not a resource issue.

Please help me resolve this issue. I can provide additional screenshots if needed.
I am sorry to hear your device shows offline in the RMS system. Here are a few troubleshoot steps that should assist:
Please check what firmware version is installed in the devices, and install the newest one.
Check this guide, which covers majority of basic RMS connection issues : Why is my device offline / not activated on RMS? - Teltonika Networks Wiki
I want you to check your cloud solutions, to see what error you get when trying to connect. Try to reestablish connection through there, enable the instance.
If the device has an exclamation mark with an error message, and it states that service is disabled, please enable the service under Administration → Companies → View company details and if credits are available, please toggle the service on. Please advise if it has a different error message, if it has, as well.
