RUT200 - new firmware (backup problem)

Hello.

I have updated the RUT200 router to the latest version and I have a problem with loading the backup file. I am creating a backup of settings on the latest firmware and I cannot upload this backup to the router. It displays a file validity error. Do you also have this problem? I create and read the backup in the same firmware version.

Regarding the backup file - does it originate from a different RUT200, or a completely different Teltonika Networks device?

For backup files to work properly, these requirements need to be met:

  1. The device product codes need to be the same (eg.: you cannot upload from a RUTX09 to a RUTX11)
  2. The firmware versions must be identical (e.g.: you cannot upload a firmware version 7.10 backup to a device with 7.12 firmware, but you may be able to upload a newer firmware backup onto an older firmware device, however, it is not guaranteed to work).

What about the firmware version of the backup? Was the backup made on the same firmware of your current device?

Yes. On the same device with the same version. I make a backup and then want to restore the copy and it shows an error.
