I have updated the RUT200 router to the latest version and I have a problem with loading the backup file. I am creating a backup of settings on the latest firmware and I cannot upload this backup to the router. It displays a file validity error. Do you also have this problem? I create and read the backup in the same firmware version.
Regarding the backup file - does it originate from a different RUT200, or a completely different Teltonika Networks device?
For backup files to work properly, these requirements need to be met:
The device product codes need to be the same (eg.: you cannot upload from a RUTX09 to a RUTX11)
The firmware versions must be identical (e.g.: you cannot upload a firmware version 7.10 backup to a device with 7.12 firmware, but you may be able to upload a newer firmware backup onto an older firmware device, however, it is not guaranteed to work).
