RUT200 keeps losing connection

We have a RUT200 router that periodically loses conectivity. The router is a month old.

Attached is a picture of the metrics, which I have dificulties to interpret.

Are the empty spaces (marked with arrows) only the router losing the connection or does it mean the the router is in some sort of “stop” mode?

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, the marked empty spaces likely indicate periods when the router was offline or lost connection, as this is also reflected in the signal strength graph.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Best Regards,

Thank you for fast reply, does this mean that the router stops operating (working) or just that the connection dropped?

In the graph there are also empty spaces for temperature - are these values stored locally on the router or on the server?

Thanks

Hello,

The empty spaces in the graph likely indicate a loss of mobile data connection rather than the router fully stopping operation. To confirm this more precisely, reviewing the router logs would provide the best insights.

Regarding temperature data, these values are stored locally on the router.

Is this ok or do you need anything else:

Hello,

Thank you for providing the screenshots from the logs.

There are no logs related to lost mobile data connection – only entries indicating an unexpected startup. This may suggest an issue with the device’s power supply; it’s possible the device is losing power from the PSU.
