I’m having a problem with a router 200. I’m successfully connected via SIM, and I can reach both the router and all the devices connected to the LAN via VPN. However, none of the devices connected to the LAN have internet access. For example, the HMI can’t update the time via NTP.
If the DNS options weren’t enough to resolve the issue, then this will be the cause (the DHCP server I mean) - as to why this is happening, it says here that there’s another DHCP server somewhere? Do you perhaps know whether one was configured somehow somewhere? Could you try enabling the “Force” option as the message suggests?
I’ve deleted the photo of where your IP address was visible, in the future, please try to blur out sensitive details like that.
Regarding your situation - are you certain that your HMI is reachable from the router itself? From the Leased IPs section, I can see that it’s at 0/97, which would tell us that there’s no LAN devices connected at the moment.
I believe it will be more efficient for us to schedule a remote session, if possible of course. Could we do that?
If so, I’ve sent you a form to fill out in your email inbox. Fill it out with your contact details, and for the Ticket ID use 17824 and I’ll reach out to you as soon as possible.
I don’t see any e-mail attached to your message, therefore, I’m unable to contact you. Could you re-fill the form but this time fill out your contact details?
