RUT200 have connection from sim, but no connection on lan devices

I’m having a problem with a router 200. I’m successfully connected via SIM, and I can reach both the router and all the devices connected to the LAN via VPN. However, none of the devices connected to the LAN have internet access. For example, the HMI can’t update the time via NTP.

Could you try forcing the 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 DNS settings by going to Network → DNS → General and adding them like so:

i can’t enable the dhcp server, but all the devices under the lan have static ip

If the DNS options weren’t enough to resolve the issue, then this will be the cause (the DHCP server I mean) - as to why this is happening, it says here that there’s another DHCP server somewhere? Do you perhaps know whether one was configured somehow somewhere? Could you try enabling the “Force” option as the message suggests?

One more thing is - ensure your HMI is connected to the LAN port, and not the WAN port; Very common mistake.

Regarding your situation - are you certain that your HMI is reachable from the router itself? From the Leased IPs section, I can see that it’s at 0/97, which would tell us that there’s no LAN devices connected at the moment.

To add on top - could you try connecting your Laptop / Computer to the LAN port of the router to see if the issue persists?
