RUT200 connected to SCADA but no access to webpages

Hello,
I’m an integrator and maintenance specialist.
I’m building a supervision with SCADA for maintenance.
I use a 4G router RUT200 to connect to the Web as it’s not possible by wire.
Can someone explain me how to configure my router to be able to connect from the web and navigate thru my web pages ?
For the moment, the web navigator in the server works, i can ping and connect to server SCADA, but it’s in the LAN. I can’t ping that server IP adress from the web (as it’s a private adress, i think).
TeamViewer works perfectly so I think my SCADA can work correctly if router is configured correctly.
