RUT 956 won't send texts from Vodafone SIM cards

Hi,

I am in Ireland and having trouble getting RUT 956 to send test text message from the webpage. The client has supplied a Vodafone SIM card and RUT 956 connects no problem but won’t send a test message. Then when I put in my own SIM card (Three) it sends test message no problem.

I put the Vodafone SIM into a phone and it can send texts and APN (live.vodafone.com) is also matching what RUT is using. I also tried using a different Vodafone SIM and also didn’t work.

Firmware version is 7.14 (required by supplier we bought from) but I have also tried with 7.18 and also same problem.

Called tech support and was advised to send message here.
