I have a RUT-955 running zerotier. RUT9_R_00.07.05.4 and Zerotier 1.10.1-1. I can see the RUT on Zerotier and can route to the controllers on the RUT Lan but can not get to the login page. It just shows the site can’t be reached. I can RDP to a PC behind the RUT (internal lan network) and get to the RUT from there but not from a external web browser even though ZT shows it online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Apologies for a late reply.
You mentioned that you can route to the controller. How did you verify this?
Please, make sure that the controller has a default gateway configured and is pointing towards the LAN IP address of the RUT device.
Are you able to ping the controller?
Have you tried running TCPDump on the LAN of RUT to see if it sends the packets to the controller and receives a response? TCPDump can be installed via opkg from CLI/SSH (username ‘root’)
opkg update opkg install tcpdump # for pings tcpdump -i br-lan icmp # for webui/http tcpdump -i br-lan port 80
