during a modem upgrade, an electrical shutdown occured …
obviously this lead to :

PLease, how can I unbrek this device (under warranty but sold by our SIM provider and would like to proceed faster :slight_smile: )

From what I remember, original firmware was EC25ECGAR06A09M1G_01.001.01.001
Was not able to find how to donwload it again and proceed.

Good afternoon,

I am sorry to hear device is not accessible anymore.

The lsusb command shows us, whether the device is in EDL mode, which indicates that the device may still be recovered remotely.
As after inputting the command, without displaying the number (9008), it indicates that the device is not in EDL mode, which indicates that the device can only be recovered by sending it for an RMA inspection. Your distributor will be able to assist with this.
