RUT_950 router always searching for connectivity but unable to connect any mobile operator

Hi,

I need a help here. Recently i facing one issue where 2 equipment’s are installed side by side, around 0.8 meter apart with one unit RUT950 router install inside each equipment.

My issue is equipment A can connect to Mobile Network and have 4G LTE connectivity while equipment B always searching and cannot establish with any mobile operator.

I have tried and also check:

1. updated equipment B firmware to latest RUT9_R_00.07.06.14_WEBUI.bin, reboot but still the
   same.
2. Our company using cellular sim card with APN. So i have tried to use auto APN or Manual
   APN (it work for Equipment B) but both all failed
3. Confirm both Equipment A & Equipment B configuration settings are the same by perform
   Restoration of configuration files from Equipment A to Equipment B
4. Switch sim slot in between sim 1 and sim 2 also failed
5. Plug in sim card from equipment B into Equipment A and it can also have 4G LTE
   connectivity. That mean not the sim card problem
6. The Physical antenna installation settings are same for both Equipment. No damage on
   antenna or antenna cable.

Kindly help to troubleshoot this issue. Below is the screenshot for reference.
Do i need to provide the troubleshoot file?

You want to upgrade your router to the latest firmware version first.

Ideally with “Keep Settings” UNticked.
But be careful, this means a factory reset - but will probably solve your issues.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried as per your advice but still no connectivity after updated to latest firmware.

So, factory reset, IPv4 only and Auto APN - all done?
Especially the factory reset first?
Which firmware version you’re running now?

All done. Latest firmware installed is RUT9_R_00.07.06.15_WEBUI.bin.
