Rut 950 No sim card working - disconnected

Hello,
I have a problem with the RUT 950 router - cards from Polish operators (Plus, Orange) do not work, but they work without any problems on the cheap ibox 960 router.
My configurations:
Basic configuration APN auto - no network
Manual configuration - no network
Added operator vouching 26003 - no network
Added Polish operators guarantee 260 - no network
Attempting to search for an operator - error “Failed to get scan results” after 5 seconds

What I did :

• I uploaded the latest software twice - still no communication
• I reset the router to factory settings and started configuration again - still no communication

While reading the manual RUT950 Mobile - Teltonika Networks Wiki, I noticed that I did not have the voLTE and Network type options - why?
Please help - I bought 2 such routers and they both have the same problem - they don’t work

To help you out, I would need more information related to the modem of your device, its model, status, firmware version, etc.
