RUT 240 VPN Wireguard problem

1 - yes send me the files try to access the link above I’ll get your email address and we can exchange files
2 - as you have full control of the NUC it would be interesting to see the output of a tcpdump on the wg port: tcpdump -i any -n -v ‘port 51820’
3 - make sure that the home router can forward incoming packets to the nuc on port 51820/udp

Great, I just contacted you on the link above. Awaiting your response on an email, so I can return the config files.

email sent.

I have replied.

Hello @telton25,

Apologies for the delayed response.

Could you please confirm whether your issue has been resolved or if you still require any assistance?

Best regards,

We are still in the network design phase: who connects to what …

Hello @flebourse, thank you for the information.

@telton25 if you’d like, we can contact you privately and continue investigating the issue. Please let me know if you’d like to proceed.

Best regards,

Design done, implementation and tests still underway.

Please let me know if you’d like to investigate this yourself, or if you need our help.

Thank you.

Best regards,

No thank you I’ll handle the configuration myself (as soon as @telton25 find some time to finish). Not difficult connect a RUT to an Intel NUC behind a router.

We appreciate your intention to help!

If possible, please share the solution on the forum so it can be helpful for other users.
Thank you!

Best regards,

Oh it is completely basic a NUC/linux acting as responder behind a simple home router with a ddns name and a RUT with mobile access as initiator. The RUT serves devices on its own lan. Just add both lan networks to the Allowed IPs list and be sure to activate the wireguard_watchdog via cron.

Hi Marija,
Thanks for reaching out and excuse me for late reply. I’ve been very busy with other stuff last couple of days. Flebourse helps me with the configuration. I will get back to you if we run into unexpected difficult issues. Flebourse have a good experience with Teltonika and he has a grip on the problem.
