RS232 conection issues TRB246 to CR350

Hi All,
I am trying to connect to a Campbell Scientific CR350 via RS232 (on Com2). The connection between the two works as a LAN connection (Ethernet cable connected from PC to TRB246, Serial connection from the TRB346 to the CR350), using this I can connect to the CR350 using Campbell Sci software (Dev config) As soon as I try to connect from the Mobile connection (I am using an APN which is setup and working and I can remotely connect to the Teltonika using the IP address) the connection does not work.

I have setup the “Over IP” to match the expected from the datalaooger and since i can connect through the LAN, I am confident the settings are correct. I just cant connect via the Cellualer IP connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue has been resolved by adding the full IP filter address of 0.0.0.0/0
