RMS website lockout

I am locked out of our RMS page. Possibly due to an email address change.

I have spoken to a very helpful person called Matt who told me to post my issue on here.

To avoid leaking this information, we have sent you a form to fill out, which you will receive in your e-mail inbox that you have registered your account with in the forums.
