RMS VPN Hub Not Routing to PLC Devices

Hi there,

I’m following various guides on allowing a PLC to connect over an RMS VPN hub. I can ping the RUT906 over the OpenVPN client but I can’t get a response or connect establised to the internal device IPs.

If someone can help me out I’d be really appreciative as it’s time-critical.

Yes both devices are in the list.

Any further assistance would be appreciated, especially if you can remote in to take a look for us?

Have you also modified the LAN firewall zone on your RUT906 to allow forwarding to the RMS VPN hub destination and from source zones, as described here?

If the issue persists, I’d like to troubleshoot it further. For this, I’ve sent you a form to fill out, when completing it for the ticket ID use “11195”. Once submitted, we’ll contact you privately with further assistance.
