RMS VPN Hub do not connect!

I followed the video "how to set up an RMS VPN Hub "

at the RUTX50 I have a SDR-transiver running at 92.168.1.8 and if I put a laptop on there is no problem to runn it (power it on)

if I go in under VPN Hubs/client and download the config file and put it in

c:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config
and then try to connect to my RUTX50 I then get this on my Openvpn-GUI, and nothing happen
I cant get in contackt whit the device , not even ping it give any result ???
