RMS VPN Data Issue

Hi there

I have just spoken with technical support and I have 4 routers currently trialling the RMS solution. I purchased a 5 year pack for each one. we are using the VPN to a particular site we are working on right now and the company data has expired - firstly I was under the assumption a 5 year pack would cover this but regardless as we are in a rush I purchased a 150Gig bolt on and applied the code the the router VPN we are currently working on. however we still are unable to connect to the VPN. I would appreciate some assistance on this please.

The issue was solved by enabling the device under the clients tab on the VPN hub and restarting it afterwards.
