RMS VPN Connected, LAN Devices Unreachable

Hi,

I can connect to my Teltonika RMS VPN and access the router, but I cannot reach devices behind it.

Issue:

  • VPN connected successfully.
  • I can access the Teltonika router web interface.
  • Modbus TCP cannot be reached
  • Devices do not respond to ping.

Could this be a routing, firewall, or RMS VPN route issue? How can I verify that the route to the LAN subnet is being correctly pushed to the VPN client?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just following up on my previous post as I am still unable to resolve this issue.

I can connect to RMS VPN and access the Teltonika router, but I cannot reach devices behind the router (including Modbus TCP devices).

I have already been in contact with Teltonika Support, and they recommended posting here for additional community guidance.

This issue is becoming quite urgent for my project, and any advice on routing, firewall settings, or VPN route configuration would be greatly appreciated.
