We are currently analyzing this issue and looking into any issues that may have arisen after the system update. Are you still experiencing issues with VNC? If so, please clarify, does this issue happen when you are opening the link in the RMS window or in a separate tab (or both)?
This part has to do with an update to how the devices send information to the system. At the moment, starting from firmware version 7.11, information is gathered using the device API, which has changed the format of certain parameters, which includes temperature. The RnD team are currently looking into ways of mitigating any unexpected values.
Currently, all firmware versions below 07.11 (including all current RUT955 versions) use the old method of gathering information, therefore the format of the parameters remain unchanged.
