Hello,

The method you’re attempting to use to determine if RMS is down may not work as intended. This address is not configured to respond to pings. To clarify, if rms.teltonika.lt is down, you can check by visiting websites such as Rms.teltonika.lt - Is Rms Down Right Now? or any similar alternative.

Hello,

To reconnect your device, go to System → Cloud Solutions → RMS. There, you’ll find a button labeled “Reconnect.” Simply click on it to start the reconnection process manually. Your device should then be connected.

i clicked reconnect. Comes back with a fail.

Hello,

I noticed that you have multiple devices connected. Are other devices experiencing the same issues, or is it only this particular device? If this only device affected, please check if it has internet connection, and try rebooting then.

Best regards,

Marijus

Other devices are not having the same problem.

I read another post where they say to telnet to

telnet 18.196.62.30:15009
telnet 18.196.62.30:15010

If I do that I get.

C:\Users\labunit>telnet 18.196.62.30:15009
Connecting To 18.196.62.30:15009…Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

C:\Users\labunit>telnet 18.196.62.30:15010
Connecting To 18.196.62.30:15010…Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

Mistake

I can telnet to

18.196.62.30 15009
18.196.62.30 15010

So the problem is in the local firmware.

I also attempted to put 18.196.62.30 in the hostname. Same problem

Can you investigate this? I took a few days off, but now im at a standstill and have no ideas on where to go next.

Thanks

@Marijus

Any hints on whats wrong? I’m going to have to take this unit out of service and replace it with a spare.
