RMS status unavailable after purchased credit (router online)

Goodevening, i wanted to monitoring 3 of my router RUT200, i purchased the credit, i activated monitoring, the router is online (i see my TVCC Camera working). But in RMS management dashboard the 3 modem results unavailable. How can i do? Thank’s adn BR
