RMS (SMS) command to reboot does not have any effect…
unlike with the older Firmware, now its RUT2_R_00.07.06.5, the RUT240 does not reboot using pwd or serial and reboot command

Can you run this command logread -f on CLI then send an SMS command (i.e. pwd webon). Check if message is being received by the RUT240.
