We have two routers. Both are online and working fine, as I can connect to their clients.
Yesterday I bought credits. First assigned Service to one device and after some minutes it showed in RMS as online. Some moments later I assigned Service for other device too but RMS still shows Offline after around 24h.
Both are set to use company data, about 5gb remaining (thougt confusingly it read “remaining data: 0”).
Well visited the site. Opened local admin, searched for RMS, opened the wizard. High up there is option for connection status, none on three options was chosen so chose connected. it gave error about missing RMS authorization key (though auth has been done already as the device was listed in RMS). Then pressed finish and device went online.
