Hi,
I just updated a test Router (a RUTX08) to the latest firmware 7.18.2, and now I cannot manage the device any more since the RMS now says “unsupported firmware”.
Can you pretty please show a warning when a user is about to update a router - VIA THE RMS - to a firmware version that the RMS does not yet support?
If that warning is not possible, how an I find out whether the RMS already supports a new firmware version?

Thank you for your message.
RMS fully supports all versions of RutOS firmware, including the latest release. The error you experienced was caused by a temporary issue on the RMS server side, which our R&D team has recently resolved.
We have tested the system with several devices, and everything appears to be functioning correctly now.
Could you please try again and, if the issue persists, attach a screenshot of the error message? This will help us investigate further if needed.
