is it possible to connect to 192.168.1.250:80/webvisu.htm via RMS Remote Access?

You can access devices through RMS Remote Access by using their LAN IP addresses along with an available port. Here’s an example of how this looks:

Accessing devices through an extended URL is not supported. You may try manually adding the desired path to the end of the generated URL in the browser. However, if that does not work, there is no way to configure this within RMS.
