I have an issue in the RMS Connect Remote Access module:
all devices by one manufacturer need some seconds to load the first page via HTTP.
But it seems that the RMS Remote Access Proxy has a 5 second timeout.
Therefore, it is not possible to use RMS Connect to reach these devices.
Is there any chance that Teltonika can increase the timeout?
It happens at all loggers of the manufacuturer https://www.solar-log.com/
(both the recent procucts “Solarlog Base” as well as their legacy products “Solarlog” that look like wallclocks.
Unfortunatelly, this is a showstopper for us to use Teltonika RMS for our approx. 200 Teltonika Routers.
I know that we could work around that issue with VPN hubs, but VPN hubs lack a lot of other functionality to be usable. I have discussed VPN hubs already with your sales team (Ziggy).
