RMS Registration Problem RUTX 09 EQUIPMENT

Hello, I have a problem that when registering in the RMS my device does not connect. Connection state message appears
Failure (Expired license).

I tried to do it manually from the RMS page and it gives me a connection error

Device with 1106873480 at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information.
