RMS not working after factory reset

HELLO,

I did have RMS working on the RUTM30 but since a factory reset it wont connect,it said temporarily blocked!

Had reset it due the latest firmware causing problems with WiFi stability on 5GHz randomly going on and off.

Tried deleting it ,and re registering it on the system and still no luck.

Is there any suggestions

Good afternoon,

Check this guide, which covers majority of basic RMS connection issues : Why is my device offline / not activated on RMS? - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Check if you can see any message near the “Status” icon in Devices tab in RMS, next to the device in question.

If the device has an exclamation mark with an error message, and it states that service is disabled, please enable the service under Administration → Companies → View company details and if credits are available, please toggle the service on.

Please also advise if you have any remaining credits in RMS → Companies → View company details.

When you add the device to RMS, do you get an authentication code? If you do, follow this guide to authorise it. How to add devices to RMS? - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Also, to clarify, from your description it seems you have local access to the device?

Regards,
Arturas

Addition to the previous message :

Some more clarification on your issue.

In regards to Wifi, to clarify, do you have all the antennas attached to the device? Do you use original Teltonika antennas?

Also to check, have you tried connecting to that wifi with another device, like your phone? Does it maintain a stable connection then.

Also please advise of the use case for your query, and of the placement of the device itself. Do you keep it in open area? Or encassed in metal box?

Regards,

hello,

Tried everything you said, and no success.

I have 48 credits of service, and the unit says not activated .

I checked all serial number and mac address to make sure there correctly inputted.
Its says management service activated. A lot of the options in RMS are greyed out.
The system was working until i factory reset the RUTM30 due an issue with the latest firmware causing problems on 5GHz band.

The RUTM30 performs ok as a standalone unit, just RMS is not working

Regards

James

Hello,

The device says now temporary blocked on RMS.

Hi there,

I have sent you a form for private communication, please fill in the form, and in ticket ID provide this query ID which is 14724. This form should arrive to your personal email address used to register to this site.

A “temporarily blocked” message for RMS after a factory reset on your RUTM30 typically indicates an authentication issue. Even after deleting and re-registering, the router might still have old or cached RMS data causing conflicts. Ensure the device password is correct (it reverts to default after a factory reset, e.g., “admin01” or a random one on the device label), and double-check all RMS connection settings on the router’s WebUI under Services > Cloud Solutions > RMS. Sometimes, a full unregister and re-register process within the RMS portal, followed by MyKFCExperience com survey re-entering the correct details on the RUTM30, is needed to clear any lingering block and establish a fresh connection. If the issue persists, check the router’s logs for more specific error codes related to RMS connectivity, which can provide further clues.

Hello,

No email yet from you.
