RMS login "TOTP" not valid (anymore)

Hello,

since yesterday I can not longer login to my RMS-Accounts.
The calculated TOTP is rejected with “Confirmation failed.”

Login with Recovery-Code is working…

Do I have this problem “alone”?

How to get TOTP calculation back in sync?

Thanks

Hello,

We are not aware of any issues regarding TOTP’s. I’ve tested this on my own account and it works just fine.

What kind of OTP app are you using? Could you try using Teltonika ID as your app for testing purposes at least?

Thank you,
M.

I’m using KeePassXC on different PCs…

What I found out:
The installation on my “main-system”, WIN 11 64bit, 24H2, calculates different TOTPs as the other installations on WIN 10, Linux, Android.

These calculations are wrong.
The calculations of the other systems are “in sync” to each other and are valid for a login to RMS.

I’ll check the wrong calculation on my main-system.

Thanks for the quick response!

Perhaps the system time is wrong?

I have checked the time and date settings, but overseen, that the time is about 50 sec behind “normal”. So checking HH:MM is not enough…

Activated NTP was executed “month ago”…

Thanks for pointing me to the problems source

Hi there,

Is it safe to say that the issue has been resolved? Or some further assistance is needed?
