RMS login issues after router reboot

Hi,

I am experiencing issues with RUT950 and RUT200: when i reboot the routers they become offline on my RMS account but other services work such as Data to Server. Because of that i have to go there manually enter to 192.168.1.1 and reconnect to rms through “Setup Wizard” → “RMS” to edit any changes.
How can I fix that?

When you reboot routers, please allow some time for them to connect to the internet. While they are connecting, they will appear as offline in RMS. Typically, devices reconnect automatically to RMS once they have booted and established an internet connection.

If a device does not reconnect automatically, there may be an issue with its connection to RMS. You can check this in the WebUI by navigating to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS.

Thats the thing, it does’t reconnect automatically, so I have to drive to my routers and fix through admin page.

Could you please check if there are any specific issues listed next to the “Connection state” in Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS? Thank you.
