RMS License Reinstatement

Good morning
I spoke with the Justinas hotline operator by phone about restoring my RMS license.

I'm referring to the "Management pack 3y" and "Connection Data pack 150GB 10y" licenses.

The situation was as follows. When adding 10 devices (RUT200) at once through RMS, several of them failed to add correctly. They had a "Gray" status. Using the Teltonika Wikipedia, I tried to reconnect these licenses. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful.

I finally removed these devices from my RMS account and added them again. Unfortunately, this operation also removes the licenses from my package.

Therefore, as agreed with the hotline, please submit a request here to restore the 3 licenses that were lost during the incorrect device registration.

The resources have been added back to your RMS company account.
This was done because the MAC addresses specified during the initial registration of four devices were incorrect.
