I received a request for impersonation on my trb245 to (hopefully get some config support), unfortunately the link is not working, I was only able to access the device 6 days after the impersonation email was sent to me but the link is no longer working.
Please advise on how to get a new email link sent to me.
Could you please clarify your current need? If I understand correctly, you previously received an RMS impersonation link from our engineer, which you confirmed?
If you need a new impersonation request to be sent, you should contact the engineer who originally provided the link. If this was requested through a HelpDesk ticket, you may follow up there for further assistance.
