RMS & Esim not registering properly

RMS Issue

RMS web connection says offline when VPN to and log in on their network shows the connection is active. Deleted RMS site and reinstalled it. Now it will not resolve host name and log it back onto rms web.

I know the metrics are poor due to the tower having long term maintenance work and power has been dropped.

That’s why we are trying to activate the Esim for a different provider.

When you try to activate the Esim it will not authenticate even tho the LPN number is fully displayed.

Land line router is connected to wan3 RutX50

RMS suddenly without any log entries started to run on its over the weekend and appears to be stable.

Esim is a Disastor

Rutx50 has mobile (granted poor mobile signal) and 1gbs land broadband through the WAN.

Every time you select Esim profile it DROPS the WAN Broadband connection in favour of the sim card connection.

This fails repeatedly..

NEED AN URGENT FIX FOR THE ESMIN ISSUE DEPLOYONG THIS WEEK
