Hi everyone,
I’m currently working with a TRB245 router with 4G LTE. I need to view some variables on the dashboard, but when I try to set a custom sample time (for example, from 5 days ago to now), the dashboard doesn’t save the changes — even when I select a range different from the default.
Also, when I try selecting a shorter range, like the last 3 days, I get the message: “The data limit has been reached, please adjust your data range to obtain more relevant data.”
Has anyone worked with these dashboards before? Could this be an issue with RMS?
Good afternoon,
Are you querying here about RMS Device Monitoring history, or Dashboards(beta)?
In Dashboards, you can only choose a certain amount of points. I would recommend changing the dates, backwards or forwards, to be able to see the rest of the data.

Arturas
Good morning,
Yes, I’m querying about Dashboards (beta). How can I know the maximum number of data points I can select?
I changed the date range, but when I go back to the main dashboard menu, the changes are not saved — even if I move the canvas and click the save button.
Also, regarding the Monitoring History, is it possible to export the data as a CSV report? I’m interested in exporting my Modbus variables, not the router’s internal variables.
Thank you!
Regards,
David
Hi there,
You can export data from RMS by pressing the export CSV button, see screenshot :
I would recommend checking the available options, to see if any of them would suit your needs, the available options can be found in the dashboards tab, the one you are already exploring.
In regards to the maximum number of data points, the RMS system at once can present around 100-200 data points maximum.
Regards,
Arturas
