RMS credits disappeared - RUT240

At the beginning of this year, I have bought all at once 24 RMS credits for monitoring my routers remotely.

I was thinking that each credit will be valid once activated on one device, the problem is that I needed only 1 or 2 credit at the moment I bought the 24 credits, but it seems that the 22 “unused” credits were expired after 1 month and it displays that no more credits are available.

I am pretty disappointed by this unexpected expiration mecanism. Basically it means that money of 22 RMS credits were thrown away for my company, which is not fair.

Is there a solution please ?

How many routers are you monitoring remotely at any one time?

Credits should stay in the Resource unless specifically manually activated or the auto renew feature is enabled?

I am monitoring only one router at a time.

I am sorry but my credits have disappeared and I don’t know if it is normal or not.

I have activated one code in the RMS platform for 24 credits, and 3 months after nothing left, it says I have 0 credits

Hello @timotheebarbe,

How many devices are registered in RMS?

Best regards,

About 120 barely

Just to confirm, so you have 120 registered devices? You do mean one hundred and twenty, correct?

Yes it is that !

So depending on just how many of the devices are being monitored and as 1 Credit will support 1 router for 1 month then 24 credits are not going to go far

Please navigate to RMS → Administration → Companies. Click View Company Details, then press Report next to Credits Remaining.

Select the date range and click Usage for Devices. This will allow you to see which devices have used the credits.

Best regards,

Ok ok seems consistent I wasn’t aware I have used so much credit.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Best regards,
