Strange, I get a field it says VAT number (optional) but you can’t check out (pay) if the filed isn’t completed.
Since every single other piece of information you’ll enter will check out just fine, what if you were to enter the VAT number randomly?
I don’t believe it’ll be anything important for a private person when they buy resources from here, especially when the option is “optional”.

Have tried that as well, just randomly picked a number or even took real number (correct numbers of digits of course). But still it complaints on the VAT number. I would think they are cross checking the number with EU VAT site.
Feels like I’m out of options here, getting really frustrated.
Bought this excellent router to have on our boat , considering the high price I was under the impression that remote access was included.
Then I found out that I need to pay for that service…not happy…but have accepted it now…and now I can’t even but for the service as a private person .
In Sweden there are two company that sells this device to private persons. Company number 1 (Kjell & Company) they dont even sell RMS credits, Company number 2 (Dustin) they sell one package that is designed for companies and costs roughly 200 euros…not a realistic option.
Teltonika should perhaps rethink if the product should be sold to private persons at all…
Sorry to hear that, unfortunately, we don’t manage that page, so we have little to no idea how purchasing resources from them works.
Regarding remote access, it’s not necessarily something you have to pay for. If you were to have a Public IP address on your, let’s say, SIM card, you would be able to switch a couple of options to “On” in the WebUI, and you’d be good to go. RMS is just something that doesn’t require a public IP address and offers more functionality when it comes to managing your devices.
Since the issue looks to be from their end, I’d suggest reaching out using their provided contacts and asking about this:

I did connect them by mail but no response yet.
What I need access to is actually the WebUI, which is crucial since the boat is not in the neighborhood. How can I check if I have public IP?
I also created a link for the WebUI in the RMS with deadline end 2028, will that work after my 30 days trial will pass, or is the link “dead”?

As for the link you’ve created, I’m pretty certain it’ll just stop working altogether, unless you renew your license.

Ok, unfortunately I do not have public IP. That is an extra monthly cost from my provider, just talked to them. So no solution I’m afraid.
Could you provide me with a list of your other resellers? How does your customers (private persons) get hold of the credits?
I use to have a Webboat link device, which apperantly was a RUT 240. This device I could reach from remote (android app).

Sorry to say, If that is the case they wont’t bother with one private person.
Considering the background can’t you (Teltonika) support me with this issue directly somehow.
The Swedish ones I have connected with and they can’t help me.
If you press on one of those resellers, you will be redirected to their respective shops where you are able to purchase RMS resources. We, Teltonika, work in a B2B manner, meaning we only deal with businesses when it comes to sales and such.

Hello, @evaelfie , what cart page are you referring to? If you have the reseller cart in mind, then I believe selecting a product will take you to the respective resellers cart page, unless you had something else in mind, please elaborate.
