RMS credit and packs

Hi, we have a large number of devices on RMS and I was wondering if it’s possible to get back the credit/pre paid packs from unregistered devices

Could you please provide more details regarding the unregistered devices? Are they experiencing any issues, have they been sent for repair, or is there another reason for their unregistration? Or were they simply unregistered without any hardware faults or other problems?

There’s been a range of reasons why the devices were unregistered. Some were sent for repair and others had hardware issues. Is there a way to un-assign the pre paid packs from a device for use on another?
