RMS credit activated on wrong TRB140 device

Hello,

I need some help with an RMS credit.

I have two TRB140 devices under the same RMS account. A few hours ago I mistakenly used a newly purchased RMS activation code on the wrong device.

  • Correct device (black TRB140):
  • Wrong device (white TRB140):

The activation code was applied to the white TRB140, but I intended to use it for the black TRB140. Both devices are mine and are in the same company in RMS. The credit was just activated yesterday and has not really been used yet.

Could you please help me move this recently activated RMS credit from the white TRB140 to the black TRB140, or advise if it is possible to correct this mistake?
