I’ve re-added an RUT950 device to my Teltonika management portal but am unable to get a connection status on the device and the portal shows “Not Activated”.
I can ping Google etc and an nslookup resolves rms.teltonika.lt correctly so it’s not a networking issue.
I’ve tried resetting the device to factory defaults but the same it does the same thing.
There are credits on my account, not sure what else I can try?
You mentioned that you performed factory reset to the device, could you please clarify which firmware version are you using at the moment?
