We have 3 new RUTX50 routers, they are on the Management dashboard
But we have been unable to get them into the RMS Connect dashboard for remote access
The RMS resource codes have been added using the Scan option to add new device selects the unit, but just stays on scanning, nothing happens This has been left for over an hour.
When trying to add manually, we fill all boxes, but it just says field missing
Any help would be most welcome

Credits, and data (RMS resources) can be added via activate code sections in RM. If you go to your company details, do these devices have Service/Monitoring enabled? Do you see credits added there?
