RMS cannot invite users

I’m trying to invite new users to RMS, and get a forbidden. There are currently only two users on this account, both “Administrator” role (me being one of them), and neither of us can invite users.

Could you please clarify the following:

  • Does this error message appear on both accounts when you try to invite a new user?
  • What is your RMS company structure? Are you an administrator of the 1st level company, and do you have permissions to invite users there?
  • How did you invite the user for the second account?

This information will help me investigate the issue further.
