RMS alerts & automations, multiple email receivers

For “send email” action, is it possible to add more than 1 email in the field?
I tried “,” separation like typical usage but does not work. Do I really have to make a separate action?
Also same thing for “send notification” action, is it possible to add more than 1 user in the field?
It seems it is locked to one value, so do I really have to make a separate action too?

In the first instance, please advise me of the firmware version on the device. Upgrade the device to the newest.

Please also advise me what functionality are you trying to utilize? As if you access the WEBUI directly, you are able to add additional emails in the recipient tab (See screenshot attached)

As per title I am referring to the RMS, particularly Management → Alerts & Automation submenu.

Hi there,

You cannot have more email addresses in that particular instance, but if you create same another instance, but add a different email address, you can utilize this functionality.
