Which is the correct procedure to add a new Router to RMS to get the 30 days free of charge period?
Currently each brand new router added decrease the number of credits left automatically, so the Free Credit can’t be used.

Hello,
All new routers have 1 free RMS credit and should not consume any of your personal credits. Perhaps the devices were added to the RMS platform by the reseller? We’ve had a few instances where the resellers would add the devices to their company, thus consuming the free credit.
Since there is no special procedure from RMS side to use the free credit, I’d suggest contacting your reseller.
