I have activated two management pack codes, both of which had one 5y management pack. As far as I understand if one management pack is activated as one, not part of a batch, it can be assigned to a single device, but when I try to select a pack to assign to a device, the dropdown only contains “No items”.
I have confirmed that my company has the management packs activated as seen in screenshot above, and the second level company which has the device has the permission to use parent resources. Previously I could assign management packs to device which were on a second level company, is this not possible anymore?
